Mönchshof SCHWARZBIER
Colore scuro, prodotta con puro malto d’orzo tostato col metodo Pilsner, moderatamente luppolata. Ha un aroma gradevole. / It is a dark beer, made from pure malted barley with the Pilsner’s method but mildly hopped. The toasted malt gives the beer its amber color and pleasant aroma.

Birra Märzen a bassa fermentazione, di colore scuro e dal netto sapore affumicato. Prodotta secondo l'antico *Editto della Purezza* (Reinheitsgebot) del 1516 che prevedeva l'utilizzo di sola acqua, malto d'orzo e luppolo.

Un inebriante mix di malto d'orzo, frumento e cara luppolato con luppoli Goldings e Styrian, conferisce alla birra il suo sapore morbido e fruttato con un pizzico di spezie. / A heady mix of Wold grown Barley, Wheat and Cara malt hopped with Goldings and Styrian hops, give the beer its soft, fruity flavor with a hint of spice.
Wold Top WOLD TOP BITTER
È una birra dal colore ambrato chiaro e dal piacevole aroma amaro. Il malto d'orzo e il luppolo Northdown coltivati in casa conferiscono un sapore insolitamente pieno e un lungo finale luppolato. Wold Top Bitter is a light amber coloured, crisp clean aromatic session bitter. Home grown Barley malt and Northdown hops give an unusually full flavour and a long hoppy finish for its abv.
